Billy’s Bar and Grill has two floors, each with its own history. In the old days, the first floor was used as a restaurant (which is now the bar and grill). The second floor featured a prostitution house. Now, a man named Billy Ghol and several prostitutes haunt the bar and grill, often turning the lights on and off, producing cold spots, and fogging up the plate glass mirror.
