Clifford Hotel

Many years ago, several men, women, and children were massacred in the main lobby by a man at the hotel who went insane. Even despite the fact people live on the second floor, there is an apparition of a hostile man who doesn’t like anyone going onto that floor.

Bond Street Mansion

The Bond Street Mansion was built sometime during the 18th or 19th century. The family cemetery is located directly across the road from the massive estate. During the 1800s, a little boy was living with his parents in the mansion. One night, the candle at his bedside was blown out by a draft in the middle of the night, which caused him to die of fright. He is buried in one of the cemetery’s tombs.

Wentworth Military Academy

Wentworth Military Academy in Lexington, Missouri is known for being extremely haunted. The apparition of a little boy has been seen coming out at night to salute the helicopter on the academy’s grounds, only to disappear. A different little boy once hung himself in the scholastic building’s lower level as a way to escape being beaten and hazed. The bell tower, which had large amounts of activity, closed down for reconstruction.

Dracut State Forest

Dracut State Forest is haunted by ghosts who linger in the woods and tend to appear during Cutter Farm’s horseback trail rides. One of the spirits is a Native American man from the reservation who walks along the trails from sunset into the night. The sounds of screaming and whispering from young children can be heard, as well as the shouting of Native Americans.

The Devil’s Tree in Bernards Township, New Jersey is home to several sinister legends regarding death. Years ago, a farmer killed his entire family, then committed suicide via hanging from the tree. Many suicides and murders have occurred near the tree.

Cheesman Park

During the late 1800s, the property of land that now serves as Cheesman Park was a graveyard known as Prospect Hill Cemetery (which opened 1858), located near the land that is now the Denver Botanical Garden and Congress Park.

Pizza Hut in Glendale, Arizona

The Pizza Hut in Glendale, Arizona is haunted by unknown ghosts of infants and children. The sound of babies crying can be heard, along with the conversations of young children. Faucets turn on and off by themselves in the bathroom.

Undisclosed Residence in Ponca, Oklahoma

The undisclosed residence in Ponca, Oklahoma was haunted by Wild West mayor J.W. Lynch and a young boy named Joseph. Tonya Kimble, her two daughters, Hailey (age 15) and KK (age 9), and her boyfriend, Sergio Gonzales, began looking for a place to live in 2011.

Asquith Station

A school boy was murdered near the Asquith Station by being pushed onto the tracks and flattened by a train going by. Now, the sound of school bells and yelling have been heard, and the apparition of the boy has been seen.

Washington Elementary School

The Washington Elementary School is haunted by the ghost of a 13-year-old boy who walks around in the halls at night. Other activity includes cold spots, the sound of knocking, and scratching sounds, even when no one is around. It is unknown how the boy died, or if he is the only spirit at the school.

Excelsior Springs Middle School

A boy named Donny died of carbon monoxide poisoning at the Excelsior Springs Middle School, where he was also buried. It is said that if you walk into the school’s gym at 2:30 (unknown whether it is AM or PM), you will see an apparition of Donny playing his guitar.

Indian Reservation Elementary School

The Indian Reservation Elementary School burned down a few years ago, killing a small group of teachers and children. Now, objects can be seen moving by the remains of the school. Laughing children can be heard as if they are still playing. In the gym, which remained intact from the fire, the sound of a bouncing basketball can be heard, although the area has remained locked. The coach’s office light stays on all the time for unknown reason, and it has never burned out.
