History

Formerly used as the Wichita City Hall, the building used to have offices, jail cells, and a hidden room in the basement where dark activities were performed. Now, staff have reported strange occurrences on all floors of the building. A local paranormal team, Wichita Paranormal, encountered smells with no source, disembodied footsteps, orbs of light, shadows, and convincing EVPs. It is currently a public museum.
