Old Philbrick House

East Kingston, New Hampshire

BUILT: 1830s
STATUS: Still standing

History

In 1988, Keri Marshall Tucker and her husband, Rich, were restoring their East Kingston home, which disturbed the spirits of the former owners. Loud noises with no apparent source were heard, antique clocks started appearing all over the home, and lights turned on in vacant rooms. When the couple called the police, nothing was found. It is suspected that the ghost is a member of the Philbrick family, as they had built the house in the 1830s.
