History

The Smokey Hill 7-11 located in Aurora, Colorado was built atop the site of an old Native American Reservation. Most of its activity takes place between midnight and 3:00 AM for unknown reasons. Items have been seen flying off the shelves as if they have been thrown, even when no one is in the store (security cameras have filmed this happening).

There have also been sightings of glowing red eyes in the back cooler, and sounds of footsteps when the store is empty of customers. During the day, the voice of a Native American can be heard saying “Thank you, please come back and see us” when you leave. Native music can also be heard playing softly without any apparent source.

  1. What is it with hauntings and Indian Reservations? o_O Are the indians THAT pissed off that they just keep haunting every place they’ve ever been on? So, if I get this right, they are good ghosts? Since (besides the things flying of shelves) they even thank you for visiting and ask you to come back x

    1. Exactly. We never should have messed with ’em. That was their land…maybe it was out of their control to haunt us? I don’t know. They were probably just mad that we built a 7-11 on top of their land.

      2. Exactly. If I were one in the early 1800s, I’d possess President Jackson.

      6. Thanks for being a fan of my blog. It’s so fun to have people with a similar interest sharing their love of the paranormal. It still amazes me that people are reading what I write. I’m a YouTuber, so I’m familiar with people seeing my videos…but nobody on YouTube is as nice as the blogging community. I’m being seen from around the world…that just amazes me.

It still amazes me as well, got viewers from all over the world o_O and I’m from the tiny , unimportant country called Belgium, in Europe :3 even though there are people from the US, the UK, Norway, Australia, India, Israel, … reading my blog :3 x too bad most of them (aka: almost no one) leaves comments. But oh well 🙂 got 21 followers so can’t complain

      8. I’m glad you enjoy it! It’s just weird to think someone has my blog pulled up on their computer. XD
My goal is to be the largest paranormal database…but that’s a bit far-fetched. But, as you mentioned, I can’t complain…I’ve got 50+ followers now. And I remember when I got my 1st one I was so excited.

      10. You’ve got a really nice looking blog! What I’d do is get a YouTube channel dedicated to the content of your blog. I’ve got a channel (but it has been kind of neglected)…youtube.com/user/ourghostlyworld
Getting the word out is the best way to suck users in…and get them amazed by your blog. Have you used Google’s webmaster toolbox to help your blog show up in Google searches? Or pingomatic.com? Very helpful
